Post roll daily, flush all cans, get some numbers, do it all again tomorrow.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Good choice!

Head over to the April 2016 quit group and post roll, your promise not to use nicotine for 24 hours. Repeat every morning when you wake up. Get to know those quitters -- they are going through the same things you are.

Drink lots of water, exercise, read everything on this site. You may want to get fake chew or seeds or hard candy to get past craves for the early days.

Day #2!
« on: January 02, 2016, 12:20:00 PM »
Hey guys, newb here. I have dipped for the last 2-3 years or so and I'm tired of it. I told my girlfriend on New Year's Eve that I dipped and it was my resolution to quit, so here I am.

I actually assumed she already knew I dipped, but she didn't :/
