I'm of Hawaiian descent souliman, looks like tobacco has affected all parts of the country, not surprising
That was a joke Dom...I may have knowingly stuffed poison into my body for 25 years but I'm not a complete idiot :)

Welcome aboard brother. This the place to get this done. All we do is quit. One day at a time.

Thanks friends, it is quite different being unable to dip after supper, but I know it isn't worth it in the long run, so I'm done with it

So I'm sitting here and my third day has passed, I have not taken a single dip.at 20 years old chewing has been a favorite past time since high school and baseball. I know that it hasn't consumed my life for too long but I do not want to grow up and have to explain to my son what I'm spitting into a bottle for. Its tough already but I'm gonna try.
this is sure alot easier reading than the shit of a caver!! welcome to july the support here is awsome but you have to use it. You need to do more than just come in once a day and post roll. study what others have done to be successful, help other in your group, yell out your rage at us, ask questtions. DON'T BECOME COMPLACENT. concentrate on 1 day at a time. Id be glad to trade contact # send me a PM.
I'd say that I wish I had quit when I was 20 and I have said that alot of times, but I am not saying that today because I am not looking back anymore It cant be changed. T he past has gone the future is too far away. I QUIT TODAY AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE QUIT ALL DAY LONG!!!!!!!!!!!

Great choice, Dominic. Smart man. I meant to quit when I was 20, but kept on dipping until I was 40! I don't think it is any more or less difficult. Just post roll, keep your word, and live free.

PM if you need anthing. Stay strong, brother.
