I see you posted. Good job. Now read and read. There is a lot of information on this sight. Learn your enemy which is nicotine. Learning your enemy will help you defeat it daily.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Smokey said it right Bryce. Which will it be? Bullshit excuses or commitment? Your language is already defeatist. If you want to do this, it had to be a complete change in the way you think. It's not, "I hope I can quit." It's, "I quit...period."

You said you would like a hand. 'clap' . This is the best I can do until you dump that can, post roll and become a quitter. Right now, you have gave no indication that you are doing that.

Right now you are being lied to my friend. You need to do some reading about the affects of nicotine and dependency. You are addicted to one of the most addictive drugs known to man.

Right now you don't see how you can make it through a day without it. There are 1000's that have come to this sight and are doing that right now, including me. We do it one day at a time and enjoy are freedom.

Right now you are addicted to a poison that does one thing well. TAKE!! It takes your freedom, while stripping you of dignity, integrity and precious time. Eventually the poison could take your tongue, jaw, throat and the list goes on to include LIFE!!

You can do it Bryce. You have to trust that it's possible and stop listening to what the poison is telling you. Take you life back bro. The poison's not going to give it back,,, YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT!! BALLS IN YOUR COURT!!!!

My name is Bryce and I've been dipping for about 5 years now. I'm just ready to quit but at times it feels like I cant make it through the day without it. Its just hard. I stumbled across this site and was hoping to become a member. If I had the support that I've seen other people receive on this site then I know I can do it. I am ready to quit for myself. I dont like the fact that something has this much control over me. I'm ready to make a change. Anybody willing to give me a hand?
