Son,

Don't hide just because a little tough love came your way. You're new...everyone her was new once too. You didn't mean to, but you hit on a big read flag in your first post...hope.

Hope is not something we do around here. We quit...that's it. We stay quit because we promise to do so by posting roll. You post, keep your word, and repeat.

Now you know. You've taken the first step...today is Day 2. We've got your back the rest of the way. You can do this.

Downfalls?!? What the hell is that?? Don't come in here talking crap like that. There is no downfall here. You have to earn the right to post among these brothers and sisters.

First and foremost, you have to get your head right. If you talk about "trying" and "hopefully", that means you are not comitted. Those are cracks in your armor and the addiction will blast right through. Now, with all that said, come on back, post your promise because "Daily Roll" is much to soft of a term, IMO.

1. Promise.
2. Keep word.
3. Repeat.
I don't think he plans on following the program, just using our webspace as a blog to let us and his friends know how he's doing....

I doubt we'll hear much from him.

-hold. Hey my name is Will, and i made the decision on my own willpower to quit after three years of use. I dipped grizzly everyday for three years and I will be posting daily on my success or downfalls, hopefully none of the later. Hell none of the latter because I am going to get support from my friends and hopefully all of you.
Will first off posting roll for you will be Here In Novemberclick on the link read all you can and post roll! Do it early, do it daily and keep your promise.

Posting roll is a promise to each one of us and yourself that you won't put poisonous nicotine in your body in any form for that day. For me I make my promise early, reread it during the day as a reminder. The the next morning I return and report to my brothers and sisters that I was successful and am repeating the process again!

You haven't been dipping long that's true but your addiction is like my 40 yr addiction--enslaving!!!
I don't want to read of any down falls. Failure isn't an option so get rid of that train of thought.
