I quit with you today, and I can tell you that it won't be easy. It feels like crap at first and the nic bitch will whisper in your ear to just buy another tin - just one. At one point I would buy a $6 tin, take one lipper, and then throw it out. That got really expensive, so I stopped stopping and the nic bitch won. The best thing you can do for yourself is to avoid triggers like alcohol. For me there are a lot of situational triggers, but when the urge presents itself I hop on this site. I quit with you today.

Today is day 1 without a dip. I hadn't planned on quitting yet as I still had a 3/4 full of snuff. However, quitting has been on my mind for a while now. Jumped on the computer first thing this morning and found this site, threw out my can, and declared today as day 1.
