So ... where the hell are you? Post your promise. Keep your promise. That's how it works.

Ian!! What is going on man?

Great job on making the decision to quit with KTC! This program has helped me so much.. The first few days are going to be very rough for you but you well get through it !!

I will add a link to your quit group MARCH 2018 LINK

Every morning we wake up, go to our quit group, and post roll HOW TO POST ROLL LINK

The biggest advice I can give to you is get your throat looked at if you are actually concerned just to be safe, and MAKE CONNECTIONS!!! The quitters of KTC are what makes this program successful.

Howdy folks,

The name's Ian and I've been dipping for about 4 or 5 years roughly. I played high-school and college baseball and that just fueled the fire into full blown addiction. I'm quitting because I've decided that I don't want to have to deal with cancer and knowingly ruining my life and affecting others. In all actuality I've been having trouble swallowing, feel likes somethings stuck in my throat, and a sore on my tongue and in the floor of the mouth so hopefully it hasn't already started. I'm tired of spending so much money on this shit and just the general nastiness of it. No more spilled spitters or the awful taste of gutting it. So today is the day.
