Thanks for the guidance on the roll call. Figured it out.

Heading out to a Yoga studio to get a massage. Maybe they have some professional asian temptresses waiting for me. No...just a big ass dude who will beat me to a pulp on the massage table.

I have an ice hockey game tomorrow night.  It will be interesting to see how if I feel weak or strong, etc.  LOL.
Hockey. Sounds like a good place to be when you are experiencing agitation and aggressive behavior. Have fun with that.

So, you going to join the daily roll call for the September quit group?
Ice Hockey is my salvation at this point. I'll try to stay out of the penalty box tonight. LOL.

It's got to be withdrawal. Body aches, etc. Things were going too easy physically so I guess this is my time to pay the price.

Thanks for the feedback.

5 days in, I feel like I've got the walking flu.  I go to gym, take vitamins, eat right, sleep right.  Must be withdrawal???
yeah just give it some time. You are past the three day mark, that is great. All the nic is out of your system. I know it's not that comforting to hear now, but it will get better. I spent the first week in the shower and doing shots of tequila to go to bed.

Also, try to exercise daily. I know you feel like shit but it will help. Hang in there, you can do this. I did and so did the 1000's before me.

Absolutely felt like a Pepto Bismol commercial yesterday, "indigestion, nausea, diarrhea" Or how ever it is that commercial goes. Still a little on day 6, but not as bad.

Sure. Withdrawal. Or...gulp

Nah. It's withdrawal. I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

However, everyone on here recommends an oral exam after day 30, just to make sure.
