  • Interests: My family and my Harley.I joined this site in March of 2012, it took me until December 2012 to finally quit, suck it up and post roll. I had won win I hit 100 right? So I stopped posting roll and walked away from the accountability that held me quit. I failed on my own. September 2014, coming back and having a rough start, this is it. I can NEVER stop being held accountable. I don't want to die all cause I put some worm dirt in my lip. Want to watch my kids have kids and hell maybe their kids. My LIFE DEPENDS ON STAYING QUIT. Bottom line.

Phoenix,
Relax and take a deep breath. I remember when I first stumbled in here and tried to work the boards. Spend some time reading the welcome center information. When you are done with that post roll. ( if you mess it up we will fix it.) The important thing is to post!!

Hang in there, drink plenty of water and try to keep your sugar levels normal. Get some seeds, gum, candy, straws, whatever you need to do to keep your mouth busy without putting a dip in it.

Get some numbers from the guys in your quit group and get to know them. They will be your lifeline in times of trouble. Keep fighting!! It is worth it !!

hay man you prolly notised it runs back words rite? well one things for sure its eezyer to find the last post cuz its rite there when you open up your thred. some times thats good. some times not so much. man i thot is was reely dum when i first joined up. but i got use to it. now i like it a lot.

It takes a little getting used, especially when you are in the middle of the fog.

in the upper right of your screen should be a link to your inbox. That is your email or private messages. Check that, my number should be in there call me if you need to.

on the upper left side is a salmon (pink) colored Welcome Center link. There is a lot of useful information in there as well.

The pages all read backwards from what I was used to. newest is at the top, and they get older as you scroll down. Funny I have spent so much time on this site that seems normal now.....

Another great link is on the upper right and it is LIVE CHAT. When there are people in there it is a wonderful resource. No voice, just typing, but everyone in there I have meet has been great.

Hey Phoenix, welcome to March2013 quit group. That is when we will all hit 100 days quit and enter the Hall of Fame. Not that any of us are concentrating on that right now.

We worry about today. Nice job posting roll, it took me three days to figure it out.

Here is a video that helped me and I missed the first couple of days: how to post roll - video style

I sent you a PM with my number, you will find this site is about personal accountability and support. One way of getting and receiving both is by swapping numbers with as many guys as you can. Posting roll every day as early as you can is also important.

Good job on day 2, I will quit with you today.

Welcome brother. we got a couple how to videos around here on posting roll. Don't worry about not being a computer person....I am more interested in you being the type of person that honors your word. Get in here daily and post your promise not to dip and honor it. This place is a great resource and you will find quitters here that will bend over backward for you.
