I said once I ran out I was gonna quit and i'm out now. I quit for 3 months 2 years ago, bc I was in boot camp, I wish I never would of started again. Oh well time to do it again.
Congrats on your decision and hopefully it is a timely one. Like the others have said, use this site as a resource. This site should be the center of your quit and not an afterthought.

We don't take holidays, weekends or vacations off. Post roll every day. And exchange numbers with all the others so they can get on your ass if you don't.

Welcome.
Telling that dirty whore to fuck off since 2/21/2012. You can do it too. Just stop being a pussy and do it.

Welcome A-
You can do this.
Follow Keddy's advice, he is right on.
I'd suggest you have not quit in the past, you only stopped to pick it back up later. Quit is every single day, 1 day at a time. It isn't easy but it is how you get control of yourself and your life.
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

Welcome aboard! Make sure you post roll everyday and the live chat helps out a lot too.
Never forget the past or you will be doomed to relive your mistakes.

Congratulations on your quit!

We quit cold turkey here, meaning no nic patches, gum or tobacco products.

The central part of our program and success is posting roll call every day.
Head on over to the WELCOME CENTER (link in red at the upper left of your screen) and read all about posting roll. Then go to the June 2012 group and get started.

Also read everything you can under this link: KillTheCan.org.
Information is power when it comes to quitting.

The initial days of quitting suck as you know, but your life is worth the fight!!
If you need anything else, just shout.

Hey bro, welcome. What service ya in? Just want to tell ya to use this site for all that its worth. Every time I think about dip, I log in and start reading about all the others who have quit. The feeling passes and I move on. Take it one day at a time, but let do this shit together!
