If you are here and actually posting, which you are, It's time. You have already made the decision. You just need a shove in the right direction. I was in your same situation seven days ago. I just went ahead and jumped in.

My roughly drafted plan includes using alternative products to assist my habitual triggers. Any recommendations for any particular products are welcome.

I look forward to using this resource as a guide. It can be done!

Welcome to the site Pillsbury. As far as picking a quit date goes, I have heard that 2/7/2008 seems to be about the best day you can choose. There is no better time than right now. Flush your stash, sign roll call in the May 08 group, and get ready for a ride. If you quit right now, there will be no chance of the next dip being the "bad" one.

This site should not be just a reference to you. It should become a way of life, if only for a while. Posting roll is giving your word that you will not use tobacco for today and today alone. You would be surprised how much giving your word to a bunch of strangers will mean to you....that is....if you're a man of your word.
