Welcome to KTC, tburge! You tried to stop in that past, but you didn't know about the KTC special sauce back then...brotherhood, accountability... a support group of a lot of foggy headed addicts who know exactly what you are going through and will be there for you when things get rough. Trade those digits with your Jan brothers and sisters and vets. Post roll daily. Hang around chat and the boards and stay involved in the site. You've got this this time. You are a quitter. Dipping is just something you used to do.

Proud to be quit with you!

Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

I was actively using for almost 25 years. I know exactly what you mean about doing everything with the dip in your mouth. So does most everybody else here. I see you went into January and posted roll. Come back tomorrow and do the same thing. Reach out when you need help. We are here to help support you. Proud to be quit with you.

Day 7 after 39 years of dipping.
« on: October 11, 2016, 05:49:00 PM »
It has been 7 days since my last dip and this time i am going to quit for good. I have tried to quit in the pass, but never got pass day 2. The thing that makes this the hardest is that after 39 years of dipping everything i did, i had a dip in my mouth. This time i am going into this with a better attitude and i feel that with this online communities support, i will really kick the habit this time.
