Congrats! I quit dip 5 days ago and quit nicotene 3 days ago....used some nic gum for a couple of days but realize now that is a no-no! So 3 days free for me! Have to let you know that the first 2 days are going to be tough! I was moody and easily agitated like you would not believe! I got through it by staying in touch with my emotions....when I started to get agitated I would take a "mental check" and just step back and realize that the mood swing was part of quitting and just count to 10! I'm doing much better now on day 3!

I am done!!! I quit last night at 8:30pm !!!
