Quote from: DTBHi I have been dipping for about 7ish years I dipped cope wintergreen and I decided to quit on June 30th so far everything has gone good. But I definitely feel my self wanting a dip especially after meals. But I am going to quit and not give up. I am quitting cold turkey any suggestions on how to beat these cravings and dizzy spells??
