4th day still sucks but I am feeling more and more in control of my addiction with each passing day. Not as hard for me to ignore the craves I am getting constantely. It is really gratifying to get up every morning and post roll and to know I am not going to use nicotene anymore. Just feels good. Lots of support really helps to. Thanks to all the quitters who make this site what it is.
You cannot imagine how much better it is going to get.

I like to use jolly ranchers, peppermints, and chewing gum to work on the oral fixation.
For the physcial craves exercise helps, but you need to distract yourself. If you find yourself craving, change it up somehow. Like, if you were watching TV and get a craving, get up and do something else. I actually like cleaning. Its a positive distraction and the lady appreciates it when she gets home. I also get on the site and read, or text one of our quit brothers. Really helps knock down those craves.
