Day One - joined the site and will roll call with April '09 tomorrow morning.Ã, 

Started dipping casually in college (skoal). Thought I'd quit when I got into law school.Ã,  Then it became graduation, before my wedding, after my first child, after my second child...now I'm 35 with a third child on the way. It's time.Ã,  I'm ready. No more excuses.

Congrats on your decision - you're doing the right thing for yourself and for your family. There's a lot of good info on this site but my suggestion to you is to get involved. Hop in Live Chat, read the HOF speeches, browse the other quit group forums and be open about what you're experienceing. It has helped me tremendously to keep my mind off chew by talking to others that are going through the same thing.

Your first couple days will be struggle - but seriously, EVERY time you feel like running down to 7-11 for a quick dip - hop on here!
