New to the site. On day 2 of quitting. 33 now and I have been dipping for about 12 years. I quit once last year and made it about 90 days and picked it back up over something simple I'm sure. Today my head felt like I had a dip in after not having one in a long time. Huge fog/haze. I'm done waking up with sore gums. Im done watching my gums wear away. I'm done having my kids watch me spit in a bottle. Im done thinking about explaining to my family why I made the decision to dip and it led to something horrible down the road.
