I have been chewing tobacco for about 9 years and i have decided to quit. Today will make it my 7th day without my cope. I just want to introduce my self, my name is Devin Clark and i am highly addicted to chew ive been chewing about a can a day. untill 1 week ago. It is very hard but i have been writing down my cravings in a note book and that seems to help than i found this website and i really feel that i can accomplish it. So many people on here are doing the same thing i think this is a great step. Thank you for taking the time to read this..
Devin,

Welcome to the KTC. You have made an outstanding choice by coming here. I assume you've found your quit group and have posted roll today. Keep your promise and post again tomorrow. Repete every day after that and in no time you will feel great again. Better than you ever did with Cope.

I quit with you today and tomorrow. Stay strong as I look forward to hearing more from you in the future.

Jax
