Ive been addicted to the disgusting taste of Grizzly since I was thirteen, and now at nineteen with family and my girlfriend being concerned, I feel I need to take this a lot more seriously. I have to kick this habit, I need to. I honestly would just appreciate a single friend or two who would text me just once a day to both encourage me and check up on how I am doing. I really need to stop, going through a can a day is just letting things get way too out of hand. Thank you for taking the time to read.

hey. Glad you're here. Take alook at the Welcome Center thread. Read through those posts. They are short and will explain a little about how KTC will work for you.
I dipped for 23 years, and I'm quit for 140 days now. Was it hard getting started? Oh yes, but I had some motivation outside of just wanting to quit. Honestly though, this site, and my quit group made the whole beginning part much more manageable. I'm never going to be completely cured of this addiction, but I know that there is support here, and they have my back and I have there's. So, you want success? Follow this:
1. Post roll every day without fail. Do it first thing, and do it every day. It is the most important part of KTC, and you must use this tool. You have to ask yourself is coming here everyday for like 2 minutes going to be something you can commit too? I can tell you that there are those that stopped posting roll after having quit for 500 days, and they are right back to the poison. Can you commit to such a simple task? Don't have internet access? See rule 2
2. Get some digits of quitters in your group. I suggest the person above and the person below you in your quit group spreadsheet. Just pm them. It's very important. Out drinking a few with some buds watching the game, and you decide you'd like to sling just one in, but you know you shouldn't. Call or text them. They will talk you down, and you will do the same for them.
KTC is awesome man! It will change your life, but you have to use the tools that are here, and you have to be a part of your quit group, and commit to literally 2 minutes (maybe even less) per day. Can you do that? I bet you can. I look forward to seeing you in the HoF!
