So.....where is today's post, Alex the Angler? We're waiting..... Or did you not get the memo that we quit DAILY around here? Sorry if I'm being an ass, but sometimes ass is needed to correct erroneous assumptions. Where is your roll post for today?

Alex, being around co-workers that still use will be one of your single most challenging aspects of your quit. Make sure that they all know you don't do that shit anymore and the first person that offers you one, take that can of death and dump that shit out right in front of the guys face. Be a man of your word to us and stay close to the site the first 100 days, exchange digits with other quitters here and this will be last quit of your life.
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse. 02/05/15 9am

Complacency is the ultimate enemy of quit, keep involved, dont just post roll take a second each time to reflect and remind yourself just what this is all about. quit hard every damm day--D2maine

Let's go brother! I sent you a couple of PM's. I fish harder than most and if I can get on a boat and not dip, so can you. My boat used to be nick-named "The Chew Canoe", if that tells you how bad it was. Sent you my digits, if you need help posting roll, reach out. This will save your life. News flash: you are young, not invincible.
Just saw you posted up with a day 2! Awesome!

Angler Alex your best bet at staying quit is to stick around here and post roll every day. You can do it.
Eta: I notice you joined a few years ago, I hope you've read a lot on this site, there is a lot of good stuff to help with your quit.

Welcome. This is the best decision of your life. I wish I had had the brains to quit when I was 23.

You need to post roll in the December quit group. Post roll every day. Post roll early in the day, before you leave the house.

Posting roll is the cost of admission to this otherwise free resource. Posting roll is your promise to the entire KTC community that you will not use nicotine for the day. Make your promise. Keep it. It's that simple.

Get to know the other quitters in December. They are all early in their quits, too and are going through the same things you will be.

I'm proud to be quit with you.

I am 23 years old. Started like many of you, with my best friend and a can of chew, spiraled out of control to an entire can of Cope, every day. I am currently an Electrical Apprentice for the IBEW, working in the construction trade is going to be rough, every one of my co workers has a chew in almost all day. Enough is enough. I'm quitting so I don't pass this bullshit onto my son, so he can catch a fish or go for a ride in his jeep without having to pack that fucking bullshit in his lip. I'm on day 2 so I'm a bit frustrated and sick to my stomach but it never felt so good. I feel more "crisp". I don't feel the fog yet as you all describe. Thanks for creating this community, I can't wait to share it with my father and friends.
