IÃ,’ve been off dip for 14days cold turkey. I dipped for 8 years a can a day pretty hardcore. I never knew it would be this hard. IÃ,’m not stopping IÃ,’m going all the way! The withdrawalÃ,’s are so real... the anxiety, tense shoulders and neck and fog.. IÃ,’m still knee dee, but I know IÃ,’m in great company here and IÃ,’m thankful to stop by this site.
