Thanks guys.. I made it through the night and into the gym this morning and now at work. No headache yet. Jaw and teeth are sore as hell though. I think I did some serious grinding and gnashing of teeth last night lol.
I had a lot of weird mouth and jaw sensations in the beginning. Not always pain but just a weird sensation. I think because i had been holding my jaw a certain way to hold the massive pinches i uses to put in. It will pass though.

No matter how bad it gets, don't let that shitty feeling "scare" you into going back to dip. The dip isn't fixing anything. The reason you feel like shit in the first place is because of dip. That misery will pass. It might not be as quick as you like but it will.

Welcome aboard and this is your only quit.
Have you posted roll? It is what we all do each day, every day, first thing.
Your quit group is May 2016
Chew and nicotine has weaved itself into your mind and body, it is going to be hard to break and it wont happen overnight.
Drink tons of water, get fake chew, gum, candy, seeds, whatever it takes.

Another Shot!

I quit several years back on Chantix but had to stop it short and only stayed off for 4-5 months before one dip sank my efforts. I tried to quit again cold turkey over a year ago but had a terrible migraine and honestly thought I was having a stroke. I couldn't even think straight. It basically scared me into backing out of trying to quit for a long time. So now the hate for my addiction has built to the point that I want to be done with snuff again. I'm 18 hours into it and just found the site this morning and hope that the daily roll call will help when the going gets tough.
