Quote from: MitchGratz on Day 80, that is bad ass. You want to thank KTC though? You have 79 posts in 80 days of quit, reach out and post in a new quitters intro, give back to the community that helped both of us. Helping a new quitter in the early days is very rewarding.

Thanks and I will start helping around more often im finally getting a grip on stuff here at home so I will be on more and more.
Good to hear Mitch. I looked forward to hearing from long time quitters when I first quit, it can make the difference to a new person. You may have to break some balls at first, but it can save a person's life. You lose some new guys too, but keep trying to help, it is awesome to get through to a quitter in need!
