Thanks T-cell. Now that I'm on the crazy train, I can't get derailed. Don't want to turn into this again  'zombie'
Don't forget what T-cell said: not a crutch, and not a habit. Nicotine use is an addiction. You are an addict. So am I.

I like your enthusiasm in the next post. That is good, but never think that you "can't get derailed". That is a trap. Nicotine is a tricky mistress. Enthusiasm works, but it must be guarded. We must beware the snares that have been set for us. They spring from nowhere at our weakest moments. If we're not prepared, we will fail. If we don't have a plan in place ahead of time, we will fail. So...... make your plan, get your contact numbers and build some accountability or the train may run off the rails.

Reach out if you need anything.

Thanks all. Im trying Jake's mint chew for those tough times, like first thing in the morning and after meals. We'll see how it goes.

Blazin hang on for a crazy raging detox and withdrawal. We've all been there so we understand, come to us for strength and support. The most important thing for you to do is post roll early every morning and keep your word!!! One day at a time is how we quit!

What's up everyone? I came across this site while I was looking for advice and I liked what I saw. Specifically the brother/sisterhood of the HOF quit groups. I've been chewing pouches and snus for almost 3 years, picked up the habit when I wanted to quit smoking after 12 years. I'm tired of the crutch, tired of wasting my hard earned money, tired of worrying about serious health issues like heart disease and cancer. I'm so tired, that it's time to put my addiction to sleep for eternity. That being said, you can catch me in the January 2013 HOF quit group. Man its gonna be a great new year.
Welcome to your freedom from nicotine Blazini! You can do this. Post roll today. Quit today. Glad to see you posting in Jan.
This is not a habit or crutch. It is a full-on nicotine addiction. When you understand that, quitting becomes much easier.
Welcome aboard the crazy train...
