yea on day 5 im feelin good. IDK if its normal but im feelin good actually feelin pretty normal. This nic bitch aint gonna get me today.
You've got a solid quit going. But be aware that highs and lows will both come. Enjoy the highs, toughen up for the lows. Those lows will come, and they will suck. Hang in there. 5 days means you're throgh the worst of it. Now it's just mind games and mood control. Just mind games and mood control. :-) PM me if you need anything.
ZC.

You keep that shit outta your lip. You are a mean quitter. You will pick some wins here soon, and that will further your quit. Always try to think of why you like the quit. Telling the 7/11 dude to fuck off, kissing your best friends wife without a dip, not choking on the shit when you are in a deep conversation with your preacher, not spitting on the judge while your pleaing your case of sexual harassment. You get it.

Great job!!! 4 days is huge. The nic is out of your system by now...but your mind is still screaming for it. You've proved it to yourself...you can do this. Now it is just a matter of staying quit. And ODAAT is the key.

You said it yourself, 6 months is long time. I can't even imagine doing that. But I can imagine going one day without nicotine. I know that I can do that. So, that's all I'm going to focus on...today. You got this, brother!!!

Quitting forever is hard.  Too hard, in fact.  That's why I'm not doing it.  You shouldn't either.  In fact, don't think about next week, next month, or next year.  We'll deal with them when they get here.  All I'm promising you fine folks is that come hell or high water, I'm sure as shit going to make it through today without putting that shit in my face.  And you can make it one day too, right?

See...cut it down to size and all of a sudden it is doable.  Believe in yourself...we do.  You got this, brother.  ONE DAY AT A TIME...that's all there is to it.
yea your right the more read the more i see the ODAAT saying. I am gonna adopt that mind set and use it. Because so far it has all been a mental battle. My mind lying to me saying whats the point of quitting 6 months is a long time 1 year is even longer. so just have 1 then you will be just fine. I am stronger then that and i Will not have one today.
Put your quit on just like pants every day. Never get ahead and never get behind, if you do that you will not have any ground to make up and you don't have to rehash history.

That book is written.
"If you want to quit then stop talking and just QUIT. If you want to kill yourself a bullet is cheaper and faster than a tin, plus it eliminates my hearing you whine and cry like a bitch."

Best thing I have read on KTC...Submitted by tgafish on 7/3/14

Former Skoal Straight and Cope Longcut user that started at the age of 12. QUIT on 7/15/13

correction

you are quit for today. Today is the only day that matters. Take it one day at a time.
Worry about tomorrow when tomorrow comes. Then roll post and quit again.

Its easy like that
