Fuck 100 days, you can't make roll call once a day. We post roll here Every Damn Day (EDD). Is that too hard for you?

WhatÂ’s up dude!

Way to go on taking the first step in quitting! It will be something that you will not regret. Way to go getting through some rough stuff already, it is brutal in the beginning but it still can be bad further along the way. Utilize all the tools that KTC has to offer and make sure you get on roll everyday. My best advice is to network with other quitters as it will only make your quit stronger. Please feel free to reach out to myself or anyone on this forum if you need anything; we are all here to help each other. IÂ’ll PM you my digits if you need them.

My name is Chip.....long history of nic addiction....smoking, then dip, then quit, then cigars, then 2 years ago dip again like a dumbshit.

Started Chantix on Sunday, says to wait 7 days but quit cold turkey on Tuesday....first few days were hell.....eyes bulging, headache, sweats. Mornings worst.....I'd wake up thinking about my first dip. Today is better, feeling somewhat normal again. Daily exercise has really helped the symptoms.

Reading the experiences of others on this site really convinced me to take the plunge, very grateful to all here. Looking forward to my 100th day!
