Hey B,

Ya gotta be extra careful on the weekends brother. Many a solid quit has gone down the drain on a Friday/Saturday night hanging around with buddies or after a few beers. You have to get through these shitty early times before the good times roll in. Soldier up!

A new Day 1. bigB, you don't want to repeat those first three days too many times. Wake up, Piss, Post Every Damn Day. It will get better, but you have to quit every day.

bigB, we don't do status reports here buddy. Get yourself over to the January 2016 roll and post a promise to yourself not to use nicotine for 24 hours. Keep your promise and then repeat.

I'm proud to quit with you today but I want to see you here every damn day.

I'm 20 years old and I've been chewing for 6 years. I already posted in the General 2015 forum but I though't I'd come here to post as well. Chewing was what all my friends did when I was 14 and my dad had done it for at least 20 years. I'm not even sure how he quit because I'm on day 3 and this is the absolute worst I've ever felt. I'm a college student and planning to do construction management in the future. It's the perfect atmosphere for a guy who wants to quit chewing.... not really. Drop in and say hi, I'll do the same. Lets do this together.
Head over to January 2016 and post roll. You will find accountability, brotherhood, and answers in the DOG house. Be open to the experience and quit like a mad man one day at a time (ODAAT). You've got this brother and we can help.
