Good morning Nick,
You still quit?

Let's get started.
In the welcome area , read 1 - 4.

Your goal today is learning to post roll... Get er done.
Let us know if you have any questions we can walk you through it.
Then get back here on your intro page and inform us or how it is going.

Day 2 is tough... Let's talk about it and do some communicating. You can do this.
I believe.....

Hey man, I'm glad that you're here - if you want to quit, this is the place for knowledge, tools, and encoragement. Or a kick in the ass, if that is required. One thing to remember, though: this is not merely a habit; it is an addiction.

Make sure hit the welcome center and also to post roll every day. I'm quit with you today. Shoot me a PM if you want to trade numbers.

First day quit!
« on: January 21, 2015, 12:16:00 AM »
So I've decided today is the day. Turned 28 this year and have been sneaking dips from my older brother before school since the 6th grade. Picked up smoking at the age of 16. Parents ultimately started buying me dip to put down smoking. Started dipping full time I'd say since I was 16. I've been married now for five years. My wife and I are expecting our little boy in 3 months(tickled to death). Promised her when we'd start trying to have kids if put my habit down. I'm six months late on my promise. I understand this is the place to get a virtual pat on the back. Any advice and support is welcomed.
