Hi guys my name is Konrad and I'm getting through day 1. Been biting my lower a lip a little bit and all I can think about is putting a damn chaw in. Well not going to happen. I can say that going to the gym helps and going to work everyday as well, but the in between is whats killing me the most. If anyone has any suggestions on the lower lip biting and not thinking about dip all day I'm ready to take it on!
Really excited for a new beginning and to restart my life while I'm still young. I just turned 21 and I started to chew when I was around 15 years old. I'm from chicago so if anyone is around the burbs or city let me know! Thanks guys. Can't wait to fight this addiction.
