28 days is great. But why are you flying solo? Why are you not posting with your group?
The day is coming where you will be challenged. You need to build your support network BEFORE the next wave hits.
Do you have anyone's digits?
Does anyone have yours?

Thats awesome man! three weeks on your own is pretty bad ass but the brotherhood here is what's gonna keep you going. The advice helped me with the fog and the anger issues and depression, but advice doesn't keep you quit. You Know dip is bad going into it. You've been given that advice already, you still chose to keep doing it, even when you're aunt said it was disgusting, or your co-worker told you about a guy he knew without a jaw. You gotta dive in and drink the kool-aid and quit cause otherwise when the dog dies, the wife kicks you to the couch, your friend dies, your mom gets dimension, the fuckin nic bitch can't claw her way back in during those "too tough" moments. Or what about that drunk night out shitfaced, your friend offers you a dip or a cigarette and you cave because you're only letting down yourself, we've been letting ourselves down for years. Same scenario but you got 20 people that will be disappointed/pissed/sad, it's a hell of a lot harder to let down someone who's talked you from the edge and that your quit has helped them, and by caving you'd be making it easier for them to cave. Plus you'll have to face them the next day! You don't give a fuck about yourself, we all dont, we've been putting dip in front of our health for decades. It's a bitch to do it alone, I wanna see you do it with your brothers, and I wanna see you build some accountability. Digits in your inbox, you gotta at least try.

Welcome aboard Boatman!
Three weeks solo is righteous. You'll want to start posting with your group (August). There's some links in my signature on how to do that as well as some other good info.
Knowledge is power, ignorance is terribly expensive.
Welcome to FREEDOM! ain't nothin like it!

22 Quit Days Down!
« on: May 04, 2018, 01:47:00 PM »
Hi I am 22 days in and my tongue is still feeling weird, plan on going to the dentist soon. This is a great site I have been reading since quit day one. I started dip when I was 14 and I am now 38 and just done with it.
