Brian, welcome aboard. Was looking to throw some advice a new quitters way today and you seem like the only one who is taking this seriously. Quitting is hard work, but it is by no means impossible. This site can add many things that will strengthen your quit, but the single most important thing it can add is accountability. Every other time you have quit and caved your mind was able to overcome your will with some addict logic..."my mouth is sore, dipping will make it feel better"' "I can't focus on my job I need dip to perform". "I'm just going to bum a dip from my buddy, but I won't by it anymore". Sound familiar? This site is ready to go to bat for the quitter in you, but beware the addict part of you will be treated like the lying dick that it is. Because unlike the rest of the world, we know when your inner addict is talking. So the minimum you need to do everyday is post roll, but don't stop there, the more times you help other quitters on this site, the more accountability you bring to your own quit. So get involved. No one knows more about what day 3 of a quit is like than someone on day 4. Good luck.
