Bulls this shit is all mental, it's chess not checkers. I remember day one , I remember thinking how ridiculous it would be if I couldn't quit for one day, that's all you gotta do right now. Just finish out today, you can decide what to do tomorrow, tomorrow.

Hello My Name is Cody, I have been dipping a can of day for over 7 years. I hate my life right now because I haven't had a dip in 7 hours. I had previously made it to about 50 days. I am newly married and want to live a long time with my wife. I hate this shit,but I am like a crackhead with dip.
