Great job in taking the first step PM. All you have to do is post roll and don't use! I chewed for 17 years and have now been quit for four months and it's all due to posting, reading as much as possible, and being held accountable by the brothers in quit. I never imagined I could quit for this long but if I can than surely you can as well. I'm quit with you brother.

Great job on your first 24 hours. Read this site from page to page. Learn how to post roll in your quit group. There will be some awesome quitters along to help you with that (I'm suck at teaching). If you can tell us more about you. Where are you from etc. You will find quitters here that live near you and they can be additional support. This community is amazing and believe me if I can quit so can you.

I just found this site, hope I'm using it right. I've dipped Skoal Wintergreen fine cut for 21 years - 2 cans a day for the last 4. Tried to quit several times but this time I actually want to. I just finished my first 24 hrs and it sucked! Lunch was the worst, I'm using Smokey Mountain Wintergreen  it helps. Taking it one day at a time.
