I'm happy you've enjoyed taking in what we gave here.

Would you care to give back so that somebody else can enjoy the freedom you currently have? Would you like to make sure that you can stay in this state?

Feel free to stick around because our enemy is the same, but accountability is a two way street. I'll be proud of you when I know you have my back and doing everything to protect your quit. Until then, I"m just happy for you.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

To overcome your addiction you must comprehend what it means to fail-Razd 3/12

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

So, should we celebrate with you, or admire your ability to selfishly take from the site without giving anything back? I'm confused.

Thanks to KTC and its members, I have been successful in my quit. I also used Smokey Mountain since June and now I have quit that for 24 hours.... I feel great!

I chewed for 20 years, and I am proud that I am a quitter!

Thanks to everyone for their inspirational posts, just reading them made all the difference for me.

I look forward to the rest of my life being a quitter!

It doesn't matter what you put in your mouth as long as it is nicotine free. Just last night on my day 87 I reached for my smokey mt. The fake was my buddy for weeks, then it became less important, now as a tool for those craves that still come, (not as strong or as long as the first weeks)
Embrace the suck remember it, make note of it here in your intro. You want to remember these days as another tool to remind you of where you have come from.

I chewed for 18 years and quit five days ago. I have been using smokey mountain and it's working for me. I feel great and the urges are slowly dying, which is awesome. Mind over matter! I see my doctor on Friday. I appreciate this site and all of you quitters. I don't think chewing tobacco is getting the press it deserves. Everything I researched had to deal with smoking, thank god for KTC!
