Gott a wife I hide it from
Welcome to the site brother. Just got the chance to read your intro. One thing that I read that I would like to comment on. You advised that you hide it from your wife.

You will be going through some rough times for a while and I don't know if not including your wife would be a good idea. Maybe you have already told her and just not stated it yet. She deserves to know why and what, while your going through the rough times. Your wife can be a great tool and asset for your quit. Accountability is a key tool to use. My wife was instrumental in my quit. I don't know if I would have made it without her. She helped me get through the rough times and she new to step back a little when it was necessary.

Whatever you decide,, It's your quit. Just stay quit!!! That's the main goal here. Post roll and keep your promise. Glad to be quit with you.
Second the tell the Wife. My wife was very surprised when I told her. Thought I was joking around.
But she has been the best. Couldn't have done it with out her......

Wasn't easy to tell her but I just sucked it up and told her.

That was 71 days ago. One day at a time............

I quit with you today................
Keep the Faith!!

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Way to post roll bro! Great decision. "There is no tomorrow" is the exact way you got to work your quit. Quit ODAAT and only focus on today. Don't worry about tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year. We control the present day  we can stay quit today. I posted roll alongside you today  I will be quit all day. Welcome aboard!

Good to see you diving right in Tour. The folks in this place will provide you with all the support in the world if you let them. Stick around, get involved and see how cool a new life without that shit can be.

I can never have one, for any reason, under any circumstances. I'm done believing that lie and I'm glad to see that you are as well.

PM me should you need anything.

Intro shows a good thought process. Now, back that up with a strong plan and you'll have a good chance of success. Follow the process here and then your quit becomes bulletproof.

Post roll.
Keep your word.
Get contacts.
Get involved and make some waves.

Spread your accountability path wide if you want to succeed. Shoot me a message if you need anything.

Hey all, just another dopey dipper that said it is NO MORE! Weatherman on TV and I have a million reasons why Quitting is the only option. 1am - 9am is sloooow time in the tv biz. I failed last Spring after 50 some days. Had no support. Thought, "I can probably do it every now and then" DON'T fail like that. I learned the hard way, now I am changing my lifestyle and working for an overall health overhaul. Gotta wife that I hide it from, and a daughter I want to walk down the aisle one day. Like Apollo Creed told Rocky in #3.. "There IS no tomorrow!" Let's just do it today. Tomorrow we'll do it again.
Welcome aboard. You made a great decision joining us. As I'm sure you remember from your 50 day break, the next few days will seem like the perfect storm. Then there will be an ice storm here or there followed by an f1 - just a quick microburst once in a while with clear skies all around. And likely some fog will set in for awhile that will rival sfo. Just all part of the ride my friend.

The members of this website will do anything to help you along the way. And I mean anything. Glad to see you have already posted in December, as today is now in the books. As a man of honor and integrity you will stay nicotine free today, whether Katrina blows in or the seas are rough. It matters not, you will stay the course and reach out to us if you need us.

Ill put my contact information in a pm. Congratulations on quitting!
