Hello KTC Community. My name is PK, I am a father of two boys and a proud husband. My wife has been begging me for years to quit, so I don't show my boys that it's okay. I've told her, falsely, multiple times that I would do it. She turned me onto this page and now I am here. I quit on 07Feb2016, I have had really severe cravings these past four days, what makes it worse is I am surrounded by people who chew; luckily not my brand. I just hope this week passes and my cravings start to diminish I've been rather grumpy and short by the end of the day. Congrats to the rest of you out there who have made this step as well.

Welcome to KTC PK! The way we keep quit here is by posting roll each morning which is a promise that we will not touch/use nicotine at all for 24 hours and then do it again the next day. It is your promise to your group and caving is not an option. It is cold turkey here and you are already on your way quitting on 2/7/16 so you would be 4 days quit today.

Post up roll in your group which is May Pre-HOF Group. Go to the last page and find the most current roll call (with today's date) and post up your days quit (4) and get to know your group of May quitters.

Welcome to the best decision of your life of which it will save your life!

I quit with you today!
Good...good, let the quit flow through you!  -chewie
