Thanks to all of you. Hasn't been too bad, YET! Chewing the hell out of some gum, eating seeds, and drinking tons of water. Keeping busy as well.

Welcome Wolfnomore. You have made the right decision. Congrats!

I stopped buying it buy the roll years ago, because I was going to quit soon and I didn't want a lot on hand. It is amazing the things you think you can justify with the nic in you. You just have to make a decision, draw a line in the sand, and say that's it. Then DON"T GIVE UP!

Get on Octobers roll call and let's do this thing together. My 1st day was yesterday and we all feel where you are at.

Welcome to the 1st day of the rest of your life!

Quote from: Wolfnomore
Hey guys and maybe some gals,

I'm new to the board. After going in the chat room, a couple of guys influenced me to quit today. I told them that I had an Aug 10th quit date. After thinking for awhile, I felt guilty. Then, about 30 minutes after logging off the chat, I decided to discard of 4 new cans of timberwolf from my 5 can roll that I had left. Along with spitters and remnants left over from the nasty habit.

I quit for 4 months about 8 years ago and relapsed. This time, I am going to be quit for good.

This habit has had a grip on my life for almost 14 years. It once went from a friend who offered me some when I was 17 to a one can a day habit. I ready for the quit. For myself (most important), my family, and friends.
I look forward to the friendships and brotherhood on this site. Thanks for everyone's support in advance.
