I'm trying to join in on the Live Chat but not sure how to post messages there. Someone help the computer Illiterate out.

Live Chat should open in another window. It will then prompt you to enter a nickname/username and then click OK. Then enter your message in the bottom of the window and to enter your message just hit your return key.

make sure your pop up blocker isnt on or it will block it, or you can temporarily disable it when the message pops up

I can remember back in 2002 (January 1) I quit for the entire year, cold turkey, no gum, no patches etc. Man I was crabby as hell to. I quit for almost the entire year until I got drunk with my brother (who chewed) and I coaxed him into letting me have just one chew. By the time I got home I had aleady stopped and bought a can, telling myself that I would only have one just a once in a while. Didn't work and I was back at it until last night when my brother and I made a bet that we would both quit today.

Well i'm back and this is pure hell! Has anyone gotten a sore throat when they quit or neck pain? I snapped on the way to work this morning driver was tailgating stop at a red light jumped out told him I was going to rip off his head and S--T down his neck. I'm going through gum like crazy at least it's sugarless. Someone talk to me Damn It! Doesn't anyone get up at 4:00 AM.

you're right on track buck -- yep, my neck/throat KILLED me for a while after i quit -- the beauty of it is that it DOES get better...
