You have been given some good advice so far, now let's see it.

Learn how to post roll How to Post Roll

Then post Roll here Pre-HOF February 2014 Quit Group

Post Roll daily. This is your promise to stay quit, understand that KTC is all about brotherhood and Accountability. Make sure that these words mean something to you. Also understand that all of us quitters care so when a cave happens people will take that shit personally. We invest time into people and the quit groups are like tight families of quit.

Finally, I recommend that you find an alternative, fake dip, candy, gum, mints, etc. Drink lots of water, so much that you cannot pass a bathroom without having to piss.

Luck aint what this site is about Vick...lets get you to quitting. We havent a clue if you truly are quit or not, with that one post you still have, and no roll post in Feb. '14 (the guy with the Uno Impressive Ball below gave you a nice convenient clicky link to where you post that).

Come on back, belly up to the Quit bar. Post your promise to quit for today, and you'll have the support of all the quitters here. Gotsta make that promise though....

There's also a clicky linky above titled WELCOME CENTER. All cap, salmon colored....click on that lil guy, read all you can, learn how things work here on KTC.....

Use this correctly, it can and will save your life.....

Vick 6 days is great! With the brotherhood and accountability you will receive while posting roll wit help pull you through. It may seem strange but read all you can. Learn from others wins and their losses. This poison has some powerful grips in our mind and body.

Ain't no luck to it, Vick. Go, RIGHT NOW, to your quit group, February '14, and post your promise not to use nicotine for this one single day. Honor your word. Tomorrow morning, repeat.

Hey everyone Vick here .I.am on my.sixth day with no chew I've tried several times to quit over the years to quit didn't have much luck .but this time I am gonna do it.
