For our final stop we are heading to a place right outside Atlanta to pick up Traci. She starting dipping at the ripe old age of 33. With 2 boys, this married girl use to drive around a school bus stopping at all the gas stations to find her skoal citrus. (She drives a school bus it may have happened??) If something were to happen to Traci she would be afraid of Trauma putting the beat down on her. Traci drives a jeep and loves to do inappropriate things like drinking and flirting. Traci doesn't watch that much TV would rather be outside, preferably fishing. Of all the crazy things Traci has done most can't be listed here except maybe her piercings.

Today Traci is working and will be enjoying taking her kids out for Halloween. She doesn't plan on signing up for another hundred days cause she mostly has to get someone to post for her but will text periodically to check in with everybody. As far as words of wisdom, "listen to these guys on here!! They KNOW what its like to be in your shoes for real!! Reach out to them they do care!and don't use excuses!!I thought before my quit that stress was an excuse to dip.its not!!!! I've had more stress since august than ever before in my 35 years of life I've learned I'm a lot stronger of a woman than I first thought!"

Everyone on here that is quit inspires Traci. As far as helping this crazy chic, "Mrs.Cdaniels, Cindy, applejack, jared, and couldn't forget Trauma.love you guys for keeping me straight and the girls for always listening and posting roll for me!!! If it wasn't for this web site/ group I know I'd still be dipping!"

Great job finishing out getting all the ducks aboard the HOF train. Take a seat crazy girl and enjoy being being quit and would love to see you posting with us when that time comes......
Traci,
Well done ma'am; thanks for hanging in there with us fellow Ducks! You deserve to celebrate so to just that today.

'clap'

well done on getting to the start of the long journey as the 100 days is quite a huge milestone.

And will add when the times get tough into the future (and we all still have down days) Just never forget what got you this far, and those who are standing right next to you...

What's working for me?lol well I've been staying very busy,I chew lots of gum, walk and drink tons of water ..and talk to people from here ..The support from these guys is awesome and it helps alot just to know that there are alot of ppl who know EXACTLY what I'm going thru.
All those years my mom told me I was special. She was wrong. I'm just an addict like the rest of these quitters. I love these guys, and congrats on your 9 days.

PS - I merged your two intros to keep things neat and tidy.
Keep using the tools, Traci, and beware the traps. This addiction has a way of sneaking up on us when we're at our weakest. For me, that is when I get complacent. The key is always having a plan ready and reach out immediately when in doubt.

Keep on kicking ass.
Traci looks like you are on day 10...nice work girl looks like you are getting it done ODAAT. Keep it up reaching out is strong not weak caving is weak and is not an option....

Traci,
Based on our text convo it was impressive/dangerous that you with so few days in could hold off the nic bitch by yourself but it was very dangerous. She will whisper when you are at your weakest and when she thinks she has your attention she will scream at you to come home slave.

Do NOT DO NOT be afraid to hit the panic button text/call to anyone of us out here. In the midst of a crave and near cave a simple text could mean the differece between being an addict or a quitter. But the responsibility is on you to pull the trigger.

Quit with you today
