CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco. SportDad 1/13/05 via Remshot

You can be young and stupid, or you can be young and smart. You're here, so I'd say you want to lean towards the smart side....Use the site. Post up, get into your group. Demand accountability from each other. Let me know if I can help you.

Warm summer sun, shine kindly here;
Warm southern wind, blow softly here;
Green sod above, lie light, lie light.-
Good-night, dear heart, good-night.

Be silly, be honest, be kind

My 2nd Quit
« on: September 21, 2008, 12:59:00 PM »
So, I quit last time, I was up to 3 months, I had it down, I felt good I was doing it not even thinking about dip. And then one day, BAM "oh, I'll take a dip, just for fun see why I even did it" Yeah well I dipped and then I said yuck that stuffs nasty, but a week later I was back to my can a day habbit, Now i'm on my 4th day and I remember how hard it was to quit. If only I would have stuck with it. OH well I'm 20 years old I've been dipping for 6 years. I Guess that's about it.
I am not going to dip again, Thank you, that is all now get on your kneeees and smell on these!
