Quit day 10

Hi my name is JD and I just recently found this site while looking up about some issues I had been having with me quiting. Come to find out that what I am going through is the fog. I have been dip free for 10 days now and wanted to post on here to thank you all for running this site. I wasn't sure where I should put my first post so I thought I would do it here in the introductions. Dec 23 2016 was my quit day. I've been through 2 bags of sunflower seeds and 4 packs of sugarless gum but I have not slipped up and gone back to dip. So glad I found this site has really helped me with the fog the last couple days. I will be looking at this site in the future as I continue to have dip free days!
