thanks for all the encouragement guys. I made it threw day one and have been chugging the shit out of water and eating sunflower seeds. I feel a little off but that's to be expected. Hey if I'm doing roll call wrong let me know! I think I got it down but I want to make sure.
Dude, fucking up roll is a right of passage, who cares; just quit and make it through another day.

You have a long road to hoe, so keep the tools on hand and do this shit...no excuses.

I am right there with you bro. Today is my day 3 and ya know, KTC and the brothers here have already helped me. I am here for you if you ever need it bro. Just PM me. Also, you need to get numbers from people in your group in case you need to reach out to someone. PM me if you would like mine.

Today is the first day to actual freedom. I started dipping at the age of 15 and I'm 23 now. I dip everywhere, at work, video games, hunting, family events, literally everywhere. I don't know how I'm going to get threw this but I want to try, I need to try. Dipping has controlled my life for far to long. I'm taking my last Dip as we speak and I'm literally hesitating dumping my cans out and throwing away my spitters I have scattered around the house. I want freedom again!
Welcome to KTC, my advice is don't try to quit...just fucking quit.

Find an alternative today (fake dip is available at most places like WalMart, Cinnamon candies work well too, as do sunflower seeds, lifesaver mints and others.

Drink lots of water, I mean if you are not pissing clear or needing to stop at every toilet you pass then drink more. The water helps clear your system and flush the toxins, plus it just helps your body overall. When you get a craving do a physical activity (run, walk, jog, push-ups, burpees, air squats); anything will help until the craving passes.

Read lots of stories on here and you will see that you are not to different from the rest of us addicts. You are quite lucky to see the addiction at 23, most of us idiots dipped until we were old and almost gray-haired.

Next, learn how to Post Roll, then post a day #1 with the November 2015 Nymphos, that is your quit group, pledge to them daily and as early as possible.

Finally, just do this 100% and be quit and determined every second of every day, you can do this, hell I did.
That ^^^^^. All That!

Listen to this man. He knows of what he speaks.

PS - November Nymphos?
Just. Fucking. Quit.
Good advice here. Hope it isn't wasted. "Taking my last dip", we'll holy shot. I had that dip about 500 times. Hell, every can was my last can. Listen man, you can do this. But you have to want freedom bad. It takes work but you can be free. One day at a time. Do it. Close the on that shot. Dump it and post roll.
Dude these some badass quitters here^^^^! Don't let them down and they want let you down! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

In all honesty younger guys have less success on this site than the older guys here. I think the main reason is they think they can cave and start their quit up again the next day. The older guys know that the next day turns into the next year, which turns into the next decade.

You are an addict to one of the most addictive substances on Earth. That won't change now for the rest of your life. As an addict you have two choices, give into your addiction, or have enough will power to fight off your addiction. There are no gray areas here. Either you are quitting or you are using. Prove me wrong by making this work.
