Hey guys. I've been dipping everyday for 4 years, and am starting to notice my mouth, gums, and teeth are taking a HUGE toll.

It's like I'm living a nightmare I can't get out of. I found this forum and thought I'd use it for support. I just threw my last can in the trash at work, and never want to see it again, but I know I'm in for a LONG road ahead, full of triggers, cravings, and the desire for short-term satisfaction.

Here's to mind over body, and living a long, healthy life. This is my day 1, and I'll need help. Thanks in advance.
Hey brother welcome to the site and to a new way of living!! We are here to kick the nicotine bitches ass, and we do it just ONE DAY AT A TIME. Don't worry about tomorrow, or what itÂ’s going to be like next week, just worry about staying quit today. One of the moderators will be on here to get you squared away and on the right track. Do whatever possible to stay away from that shit. Drink lots of water; get you some gum, sunflower seeds, candy, jerky or anything else as long as you keep that shit out of your month. Post Roll every morning (first thing after you piss), Be honest, and accountable for your actions. Lastly, Read, Read, Read anything and everything on this site. Here are a few links to get you started.
