Thanks guys on welcoming me in. Also, thank you all for helping me with this war. Yesterday was a little rough seeing just about everybody at work dipping. I just have to keep reminding myself why I quit and have plenty of fake snuff on hand.

Good to see you on roll PhillipG. Keep it up, post roll daily and keep your word for 24 hours. That's the recipe for being quit and as long as you can do that, you will be. Drink lots of water to help with the suck it does get better. The more involved you are with your group, the easier this will be.

You certainly have a lot to lose...sounds like a beautiful family. Do yourself a favor...don't quit for them. It's not about them.

Yup, that sounded like a complete A-hole statement, but here's the deal. I've tried quitting for my kids, wife, family and each time I did - I failed miserably. This time, I've been quitting for me. I want my freedom. I want to be healthy. I want to enjoy life. Through my success, my wife and kids reap the benefits of that. Moral of the story - be selfish my friend. The best thing you can do for them is to make this quit all about you.
