Hello, I ran across this site while looking for a way to help me quit snuff.  I have been using the fake stuff since yesterday and I have been tobacco free for about 24 hours.  Just wanted to introduce myself, I hope I can really quit this time.
How about just flat out quitting? Now. If you need help lets talk, PM me. Lets change "I hope I can really quit this time" to "I quit". I know you can. 1,000 of us quit today. I bet we do it tomorrow to. Join us?

Yes... you can do this. Winners DO, losers TRY. Get your mindset right and the quit will follow. Post roll, keep your word, repeat. Simple.

"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

Welcome Ray...Listen to 30 he knows what he is talking about...I can guarantee you this try or wish or hope to quit and you will fail. You just have to do it or not do it....If you are ready to DO then you found the right place I am proud to be quit with you. This will not be easy but the greatest things in life are never easy. Its hard work...Post roll keep your word rinse and repeat. Worry about today, go hour by hour if you have to..Keep your promise to not use nic or put that shit in your mouth and you will be DOING just fine. You need anything PM me....

Welcome ray,

try, hope , wish- they are not what we are all about. Here we do. We post roll every day- our promise to everyone here that we will not use nicotine in any form for that day. We quit for that day. You can do anything for 24 hours, right? You can do this.
