You'll be in the May quit group. Post first thing, every day. NO NICOTINE in any form.
Going to suck for a while, then it won't. Embrace the suck and make sure you never have to go through that again! Go up to top left and read WELCOME CENTER.
Read on this site whenever you can, little gems ok knowledge scattered out. Congrats, Quitter!

Welcome Terp! Great choice to be a quitter!
You will know what the road looks like, get on this site and read everything. Start with the welcome center on the main banner. Post your promise to quit today, keep your promise. Get to know some people here, a ton of fine quitters ready to support you.
You can do this, don't just wish it would happen. Make it happen. If a bunch of us can do it, so can you.
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

just figured its time to give it up.

I've tried quitting

Not sure what the road ahead is going to look like, but I think I'm ready.
Welcome! You're going to get a lot of help here, but people are going to challenge your thinking, too. Right out of the gate, I think you should elaborate on a couple of things:

You just figured it's time to give it up? C'mon, man, you gotta want this BAD. Why did you quit?

You've tried quitting before. Why didn't it work?

You think you're ready? There's no going back. Quitting is simple, but it's hard. The road ahead isn't easy and you're going to need to be a little pissed off and incredibly determined.

You're in the right place, for sure. Check your inbox for a PM from me.

B1G welcome to KTC!

The road ahead is going to suck! BUt, the good news is you will have a lot of other people to help you along!

First things first, post roll, find your quit group and get your very first day 1 in there.

Then go to the welcome center up top that pinkish link, and start to read.

First few days are really going to be tough, get your shit together seed, gum or whatever. Hydrate, like crazy, if your not pissing every time you pass a restroom, drink more. Outside of that, get in and get active. You need names and numbers, you need to be in the group and take part. KTC can work for you, but you have to commit to posting roll every day, and drinking the kool aide not just dipping your toe in the water.

I'll quit with you today!

Good luck and let me know if you need anything.

Last night I had my last dip and today begins life dip-free.

I've been dipping for about 5 years now. Started in High School as something fun to do, and has turned into something I never expected. Probably go through around a can a half every two days at this, just figured its time to give it up.

I've tried quitting before like everyone else probably has, but this time has got to be it. Not sure what the road ahead is going to look like, but I think I'm ready.
