Congrats on your choice to quit. The first couple of days will really suck and then each day will gradually get better. I still want a dip all the time, but everytime I crave I hop on here and talk to someone or just read-and it really helps. Sign your name at roll everyday and that will be your oath that you will not use any nicotine for that day. People around here take that shit really serious, so don't sign your name and then be a pussy and have a dip. We are all here to help so if you have any questions just ask. We are glad you are here. Oh yeah, I was really, really out of it the first three days, but it will get better.

This is my first post. My wife stumbled across this site about 8 hours into my quit (March 18th) because she wanted to find me help b/c she couldn't put up with my ass and attitude anymore! I have been reading other post and articles on here and I just wanted to reach out and say if I can make it this far with no real problems then anyone can. I have been having a little trouble today, I woke up in a fog and funk and can't get out of either, thought posting on here and talking to some other people might help.
