man im doing shit that i normally wound't do. ive been dancing to music all day, took like a 2 hour bubble bath, eating like a pig hopfully i still wanna eat a shit load tomorrow lol all that just to get my mind off of dipping, ive had both a sucker in my mouth and glass of water right by me for this entire 2 days.

i feel so hyper like a ADHD kid without ritlin. i can't conentrate on anything i cant stand still i feel like i gotta be moving or something i feeling foggy and sometimes i feel like im on perscribed painkillers.
Your body and your mind are going to do all kinds of wierd shit for awhile. You are cleansing yourself of a super toxin. As I tell everyone I talk to you are going to have good days and bad. Enjoy the good ones and use them as time to read, study, and rest up for the bad ones.

Follow the program here and you will quit !! If my weak willed ass can do it so can you....

Welcome to the party.

Hell yes!!! You took the first step, we're with you the rest of the way. But you got to post roll. That is your promise. That is your commitment to this quit.

And if you don't post roll, one of the moderators will come to your house and kick you in the nuts...I've been told.

Dynasty,

Listen, you need to see this through buddy. I hope you are reading up on what you are to do now. You will be posting with March 2010. You will actually be one of the founding fathers of that group, pretty big deal. Nic addicts statistically do not muster up the courage to quit but maybe once every couple of years. If you think you're man enough then get in there an post your word for the day. Take the option off of the table.

Here if you need anything.
