You don't even know how good of a decision this is. Congrats.

It is not easy. But ultimately, this boils down to you making a choice not to put nicotine into your body. We are here to help you cope with the consequences of that decision. You burned your first bridge back to dipping by posting roll today. OUTSTANDING.

PM me if you need digits (phone numbers), questions answered, or anything I can help with.
mmh....my job here is to see how bad you want it.....odds are against you.... over 150 brothers came into my July quit group.....35 made it......its real easy to post a post like you just did.....you are fired up.....day 1 is all adrenaline.....day 1 is easy......day 2, not so easy.......day 3.......awww, day 3......that is your breakthrough.....

i need to know how committed you are before I commit to you......what say you brother? are you all in???? no matter what????

Great choice and your day 1 post was right on. A few suggestions:
Read all you can, others experiences will help you. (especially Hall of Fame and Words of Wisdom)
Get plenty of excersise!
Drink lots of water.
Try to sleep, melatonin may help!
Work on getting contacts, you'll need people to talk to on shitty days!
