The psychological battle has already started. Just when I thought I was doing pretty good, I went ape shit on my wife last night over something I don't even remember today. Had to grovel this morning for forgiveness, but I still have not caved. I am determined to rid myself of this bad habit once and for all.  http://www.picgifs.com/smileys/s
Ahhh... Dip Rage... better off getting your tail in here and ranting and raving rather than living in the doghouse... We've been there, bro.

One thing, tho - there is no cave, there is only quit. You can do this, the dip rage will be gone before long.

Freedom is amazing... and well worth the pain.
Yep, dip rage. Caused by a drug so evil that it makes you go ape shit on people you care for. Something that makes you feel so bad when you refrain can't be good for you can it?

Give the wife some flowers and rage in here. Remember your rage. It will come in handy when the nic bitch starts to whisper in your ear. Kick the bitch in the poooty when she whispers. Finger in the eye, knee to her groin.
You wife deserves a big sorry. She doesn't know what this is and didn't deserve the rage.

This site, people are raging here too and this is the place to pick fights that don't make sense. This is the place to vent.

Next time you want to take it out on your wife. Come here and tell and addict to fuck off. Get in a fight here and let the battle royals begin. We get it because we have done it.

Just write what pisses you off and pick a fight with an addict. You will feel better, you didn't hurt any relationships with family. It is an entertaining distraction for all and the person you pick a fight with will usually laugh about it when you hit the hall of fame.

So do us, you and your home a favor and blow off steam here.

Bolt, when you feel the anger, resentment or fear ( any irrational feelings) use your group. Use the numbers you have, work on expanding that support group. You still have a long road ahead of you.

Hey Boltman, welcome to KTC and freedom. Joining us means you will do a few things. First and foremost, you will post Roll. Roll is your daily promise to yourself and all of your new brothers and sisters that you will not use tobacco in any form that day. You will post your name and the number of days you are quit each day in the February 2014 quit group. Each and every day you will post your promise. No exceptions. That is the price of admission to KTC. Nothing more and nothing less. The reason you are put in February is that will be the month if you join us today that you will celebrate being 100 days free of nicotineÂ…your Hall of Fame date.
Now that you know the basics, it is time to read all you can on this site. Go to the welcome center and that will get you started. Post roll and look up at your inbox (1). That is a personal message from me with my telephone number. Lets get your quit started today. Wayne

Be honest, I'll bet that is much more on than off. We all know the pattern. 3 days most of the nicotine is out of your system and now the battle is fighting the psychological battle. I'm quitting with you today. Tomorrow well do it again!

« on: November 13, 2013, 06:36:00 PM »
Hello everyone,

My name is Ron. I just quit dipping on November 10th. I have been dipping on and off for over 25 years now and just decided enough is enough! I really believe I have the resolve to get rid of this monkey on my back once and for all. I thought it would be a really good idea to join a support group for the rough days ahead. I've made it through the first brutal 3 days. I'm quitting cold turkey. I've tried every other way imaginable and cold turkey is the best way to go. 'bangin'
